I felt compelled to write a letter of appreciation to you both for the way you and your wonderful
staff looked after our group over the last three days. Your facility meets the needs of both groups. The standard of your rooms is very comfortable
and well maintained yet you are able to offer these most presentable rooms at a price that is
very competitive. Congratulations also to you both in selecting staff who are so responsive in situations such as
those we experienced during our three breakfasts in the dining room. They were all under a lot
of pressure but all responded extremely well. Please extend my thanks to them all.

On Saturday th 29th of August my family and I had the plesure of staying at your Comfort Inn Bell Tower. I would like to take this oppatunity to give you some feed back on our stay. I run a IGA Supermarket and always value any feed back, negative or positive.
It was Fantastic the moment i made contact via email the service was fantasict Tanjill handled our booking and could you please pass on my thanks to her as her customer service was A1. I did thank her when we checked and said we would be back. We also a meal on saturday night which was also exellent and again the sevice was great.
