Serving fantastic cuisine produced by Ballarat's finest chefs, the Glasshouse Restaurant is the Bell Tower's four star dining facility which is open to guests and the general public.

Breakfast is served in the Glasshouse for our guests each morning, and then in the evening, Monday to Saturday, the restaurant is open to all, serving the finest produce using traditional methods with contemporary ideas. Choose outstanding local regional wines to accompany your meal, and relax in the warm surroundings.

Breakfast is served in The Glasshouse Restaurant every morning.

Monday to Friday it is available from 7AM to 9.30AM, Saturday 7.30 AM to 10AM and Sunday 8AM to 10AM.
